摘  要:对孔雀鱼的微核率及核异常率进行了测试 ,观察了稀土废渣及其废渣产品 (水泥、塑料 )在水中对孔雀鱼的遗传毒性效应 .试验结果表明 :稀土废渣水浸液能引起孔雀鱼微核率及核异常率明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,其废渣产品由于低放作用使微核率虽有升高 ,但核异常率的变化达不到显著水平 .说明稀土废渣对水生生物有一定的致突变作用 ;将其废渣制成产品危害性大幅度降低 ,并可有效节约资源 .The micronucleas and abnormal neclei rates of peacock fish were examined to study the genetic toxicity effect of rare earth waste and products of rare earth waste (cement, plastic) on peacock fish in water. The results indicated: that the water immersion of rare earth waste caused an obvious effect on the micronuleas and abnormal neclei rates of peacock fish (p<0.01).The products of rare earth waste showed a rise on micronucleus because of low radioactive action, but the variation of the abnormal neclei could not reach a noticeable level, which indicates rare earth waste had mutagenesis to aquatic organism. The production of products with rare earth waste could dramatically lower its hazardness and conserve resources as well.
