摘　　要：琼脂糖作为优良的惰性载体和高分子筛在近代生物化学的定性、定量分析中 ,在对微生物蛋白质等生物材料的分离技术中得到广泛的应用 .本文对琼脂糖在平板电泳法、免疫扩散法、免疫电泳法、凝胶过滤法、亲合层洗法等生物技术中的应用 。As an ideal carrier and high molecular sieve,agarose is widely used in qualitative and quantitative modern biochemical analysis and in separation of Microorganism.Protein and biological material. The article summarizes the application of agarose in Flat electrophoresis,immune proliferation, immune electrophoresis,gelfilteration and affinity layer washing etc. And how to obtain agaros by removing agaropectin out of agar in the laboratory.
