摘 要:采用低碳钢的氧化速度和铜的扩散速度 ,通过模型计算了钢材表面高温氧化过程中铜在钢材 铁鳞界面处的富集情况·实验在空气中 ,分别在 10 0 0 ,110 0和 12 0 0℃温度下氧化试样 ,用扫描电镜的EDX分析了界面处铜的含量 ,并用BSE分析了界面附近富集相的图像·结果表明 ,随温度的升高 ,铜在界面处的富集程度降低 ,界面不规则程度增强 ,铁鳞对铜富集相的阻断作用加强 。The oxidation rates of mild steel and diffusion rates of copper were used to calculate the enrichment content of copper at the interface between steel and scale during the surface oxidation of steel at elevated temperatures. The samples were oxidized at 1?000, 1?100 and 1?200?℃, respectively, then tested by EDX of SEM for the copper content at the interface, and by BSE for the image of copper enriched phase. With the increase of temperature, the enrichment content of copper at the interface is decreased,the interface becomes irregular, and more copper enriched phases are occluded into scale; and thus the deterioration of copper enrichment for the properties of steels will be improved.
