摘　　要：针对湘钢二烧带冷机鼓风冷却不充分 ,漏风严重等现象 ,通过对鼓风带冷机的全面测试 ,对影响带冷机冷却效果的因素从导热、对流、辐射综合传热及带冷机的工作方式进行了详细分析 ,并提出了加强密封以治理漏风 ,改进布料方式以抑制边缘效应和提高料层厚度等具体措施。The overall tests have been done on blast belt cooler of No 2 sintering machine at Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co ,Ltd.,the factors affecting cooling effect are analyzed in detail according to the principles of heat conduction,convection,radiation and the measures to improve cooling effect are put forward,such as improving sealing to reduce leakage,improving the ore distribution to restrain edge effect,and increasing layer height etc , which are very helpful to improve cooling efficiency
