摘　　要：本钢炼钢厂从 1995年开始着手进行大规模的技术改造 ,彻底甩掉落后工艺 ,努力开发新产品 ,到1999年 ,企业的面貌发生了根本的变化 ,具备了国际先进炼钢厂的工艺水平。加之轧钢系列的改造 ,其产品质量有了大幅度的提高 ,企业走出困境 ,扭亏为盈 ,生产经营活动步入良性循环。The Steelmaking Plant of Benxi Steel started its large scale technical modernization in 1995 in order to get rid of the backward technology thoroughly and endeavour to develop new products By 1999,fundamental changes had taken place in the enterprise which had reached the advance international technological level for steel works In addition,due to the modernization of steel rolling system,the product quality has been greatly improve and the enterprise got rid of difficult position and became a profitable one The production and business activities have come into positive cycle
