摘 要:采用远红外非接触测温和射钉法对武钢三炼钢新近投产的板坯连铸机典型二冷模式下铸坯的表面温度及凝固坯壳厚度进行了研究 ,发现通过矫直区进入水平段之后铸坯表面温度持续降低 ,机尾附近铸坯表面温度仅为 710~ 82 0℃。根据坯壳厚度变化得出的典型二冷模式下综合凝固系数 K在 2 4~ 2 7mm / m in1 / 2 之间 ,根据凝固终点与 K的关系 ,将浇铸低碳铝镇静钢时拉速由以往的 1.1m/ min左右提高到 1.4~1.5 m / m in,使铸坯的凝固终点向机尾延伸 ,铸坯出机表面温度提高到了目前的 92 0~ 940℃。Surface temperature and solidified shell thickness of the slab produced by the newly commissioned slab casters under typical secondary cooling patterns at No.3 Steel Works of WISCO were measured with infrared pyrometer and rivet pin shooting method.It was found that surface temperature of slab decreases continuously after unbending zone.The temperature of the slab at the end of the caster machine is decreased to 710~820 ℃ at a casting speed of 1 1 m/min.The solidification coefficient K under typical secondary cooling patterns obtained from the variation of the solidified shell thickness is between 24~27 mm/min 1/2 . According to relation between the crater position and K,the casting speed for LCAK steel has been increased form 1 1 m/min to 1 3~1 4 m/min,which makes the crater of the slab approach to the machine end and the slab surface temperature is increased to 920~940 ℃ now.
