摘 要:介绍了预应力轨枕生产工艺,分析了预应力轨枕在工作时的受力状况,对预应力轨枕进行了疲劳试验,对试验结果进行了分析。基于试验研究的结论,提出了在预应力轨枕中掺入体积率为1 %的钢纤维作为改进的设计方案,并对改进的轨枕进行了试验研究。试验研究证明因钢纤维自身阻裂效应及其与预应力阻裂能力的复合,大幅度地减小了在疲劳荷载作用下轨枕的加载最大裂宽和裂高、剩余最大裂宽和裂高,由此可见,预应力钢纤维高强混凝土轨枕比原轨枕的性能要高。Productive process of pre-stressed deeper was introduced. The load condition of pre-stressed sleeper in use was analyzed. Fatigue tests were performed on pre-stressed sleepers. The results of test were analyzed. Based on the conclusion of test, the improved design project of pre-stressed sleeper was proposed: to blend about 1% of steel fiber volumetrically. The prestressed sleepers of the improved design project are subjected to fatigue test, the results of these tests prove that the maximal width and height of crack caused by fatigue loads have been greatly decreased by both the self-detered crack effect of steel fiber and the detered crack effect of pre-stress. It can be included that the pre-stressed steel fiber concrete sleeper has a better performance than the old one.
