摘　　要：该系统由微机及单片机构成 ,能对芯片进行在线测试 ,并回显检测结果。该系统自动化程度高 ,界面友好 ,采用灵活的板卡方式 ,工作稳定可靠 ,可长时间的流水作业。The system is composed of computer and chip calculator. It can detect chips online, then sends the detect results to computer for displaying. The system has high automatic degree, and friendly interface. Because of using the flexible platecard method, so it can work steadily, reliably and a long time.
