摘 要:研究了MH Ni电池、Cd Ni电池在充放电过程中的内阻变化及内阻与放电电压平台的关系。试验结果表明 ,在充放电过程中 ,内阻变化受正负极活性物质氧化态 /还原态的转化反应影响 ,充电过程与内压有关。在正极中添加钴、镉氧化物 ,在Cd Ni电池负极中采用PLB新粘合剂 ,可有效地提高电池内部气体的复合性能 ,减小电池内阻。电池内阻小 ,放电电压平台高 ,有利于延长高波放电电压的时间。The variations of internal resistance of AA size Ni-MH and Ni-Cd battery during charge/discharge cycles were studied as well as the relation between internal resistance and voltage plateau of the battery during discharge. The results show that the variation of internal resistance of the battery during charge/discharge cycle is affected by the transformation of oxidation/reduction of active materials. Moreover, the inner pressure also affectes the internal resistance during charge. Adding cobalt oxide and cadmium oxide into positive electrode and using PLB binder in negative of the Ni-Cd battery will effectively increase the properties of the inner gas recombination and reduce the internal resistance of the battery. Lower the internal resistance of the battery is, higher the discharge voltage and longer the discharge time at high plateau are.
