摘  要:论述了LiMn2 O4 材料的合成工艺对电化学性能的影响 ,最佳合成条件下的初放电容量可达到 12 0mAh/g。将尖晶石型LiMn2 O4 材料作为正极活性材料制成 186 5 0型锂离子蓄电池 ,电化学测试表明电池的初放容量达到 1.2Ah。对正极组分 (活性物质 ,导电剂 ,粘结剂 )的不同配比及电极制备工艺进行优化设计 ,电池在常温下以 0 .5A电流充放电可达5 0 0次循环 ,荷电态月平均自放率为 9.2 %。Effects of the synthetic technology of LiMn 2O 4 material on the electrochemical performances of lithium ion battery were studied. The initial discharge capacity up to 120 mAh/g was obtained under the best synthesis condition. The result of electrochemical test shows that the 18650-size lithium ion battery with spinel LiMn 2O 4 as positive active material gets the initial discharge capacity up to 1.2 Ah. The proper contents of the cathode components (i.e. active material, conductive agent and binder) and the electrode preparation process are optimized and properly designed. As the results, the cyclic performance of 18650-size battery is more than 50 cycles when it is charged and discharged at 0.5 A under ambient temperature, and its monthly self-discharge rate is about 9.2%.
