摘  要:合理分配三相六开关Boost变换器的驱动脉冲 ,可以降低开关损耗。传统的方法要借助于单片机并配合以空间矢量调制 (SpaceVectorModulation ,SVM )才能实现 ,具体降耗方案和效果都与功率因数角有关。提出了只需知道三个电流的方向 ,仅用数字逻辑电路就能实现降耗的方法。该方法能自动适应功率因数角的变化 ,既适合于单片机控制 ,用不用SVM均可 ,又适于模拟控制方案 ,在主电路不增加功率元件的情况下能降低开关损耗 5 0 % ,并且不改变开关波形的细节。It is proved that switch losses of the converters c an be reduced by re-arranging the gate signal of the switch rationallyThe loss -reduce can only be realized via Space-Vector-Modulation(SVM)and special patt ern of gate signal,when a traditional method is usedThe effect of loss-reduce depends on the power factor angleDead Band Logic (DBL),which can reduce the l osses,is proposed in this paperWhether SVM is adopted and analog control circu it is employed,DBL can implement loss-reduce only by logic circuit and automati cally adapts the variation of the power factor angleDBL can always reduce the switching losses by 50% without changing the detailed waveform of the circuit an d the model of the converterThe validity of DBL is verified by simulations
