摘　　要：介绍了东津电站机组增容改造工作 ,分析了机组增容改造的技术可行性、改造项目、经济效益 ,从而也可解决机组在高水头下带额定负荷时无法正常运行的难题。In the article,the author introduced the transform work to improve the capacity of Dongjin Hydropower Station units,and analyzed the feasibility in technology,the transform item and economic benefits,it solved the difficult problem that the units cannot operate normally with normal rated power at high head.
