摘　　要：植物血凝素刺激的人外周血白细胞条件培养液(PHA-LCM)可以在体外诱导 HL-60细胞分化为单核-巨噬细胞。在混合的人骨髓细胞与 HL-60细胞悬液中加入PHA-LCM,有明显的选择性抑制 HL-60细胞生长的效果,从而,为在自体骨髓移植中体外净化髓系白血病细胞提供了一个实验研究的模型。PHA-LCM is capable of inducing the differentiation of HL-60 cells into monocytes and macrophages,but shows little effect on the growth of granuloid progenitors under the in vitro soft agar or liquid culture conditions.In an artificial mixture of human bone marrow cells contaminated with 10% HL-60 cells,the addition of PHA-LCM leads to the preferen- tial elimination of HL-60 cells from bone marrow GFU-GM.Therefore,PHA-LCM might be considered as an effective means in purging myeloid leukemic cells in the case of autolo- gous bone marrow transplantation.
