摘　　要：在热酚法的基础上 ,经多次实践改进 ,得出一种简单、快速的可以从绿色植物组织和种子中同时提取植物总 DNA和总 RNA的方法 ,所提取的总 DNA和总 RNA质量好 ,不降解 ,简化了热酚法的许多步骤 ,简单易行 ,试材少至 6 0 m g,多达 5 g以上都适用 ,是一种简单、方便。To further simplify the'hot phenol'method, a series of modification was employed to develop a simple and rapid method for extracting total genomic DNA and total RNA from plant green tissues , shoots, seeds , mature pollens and germinated pollens. The DNA and RNA are good enough for Southern blot, Northern blot. Furthermore, the amount of plant material can be further scaled up (as much as 5g) or scaled down (as 60～100mg). Compared with the original methods, it needs less materials and reduce the damages to living plants.It is regarded as a simple, convenient and rapid method.
