摘 要:介绍了X射线磁性圆二色(XMCD)的基本概念和理论,综述了XMCD在磁学研究中的应用。XMCD吸收谱可以研究磁性薄膜与超薄膜、“三明治”结构的磁性薄膜中特定元素、特定位置的磁性质。在这些结构中理论和磁学实验均已获得与体材料非常不同的磁学性质,而XMCD可以深入了解这些现象的本质。介绍了合肥国家同步辐射实验室二期工程的磁性圆二色实验线站的总体设计及目前的发展。Basic concepts and applications about XMCD absorption spectroscopy were reviewed. One may deduce the spin magnetic moments, orbital magnetic moments and magnetic structure anisotropies of magnetic elements according to sum rules of XMCD. Magnetic films, ultra - thin films and sandwich films can be studied by XMCD, in which there are distinguishing features from that of bulk samples. By now, XMCD has combined with other techniques, such as, microscopy, EXAFS/XAFS, to extend magnetic researches. The design of the beamline and endstation of soft X ray magnetic circular dichroism at the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory and its present development were introduced.
