摘　　要：简单介绍了ＡＤ公司面向网络的高速Ｍｏｄｅｍ开发芯片-ＡＤＳＰ－２１ｍｏｄ８７０的结构和特点，继而详细阐述了基于其的面向数字接入的高速Ｍｏｄｅｍ解决方案，并对其结构体系和工作流程进行了具体的阐述，最后进行了总结和展望。A single-chip Internet gateway processor optimized for high-speed modem---ADSP-21mod870 is discussed at first in this article. And then a high-speed modem solution facing digital access based on it is particularly explained in detail. Its hardware architecture and working flow are also detailed expatiated. In the end, a brief summing-up and expectation are given.
