摘 要:PDP用荧光粉的亮度衰减分成工艺过程的衰减和工作过程中的衰减。工艺过程的荧光粉亮度衰减是由于在焙烧过程中激活剂 Eu氧化 ,蓝色荧光粉的亮度衰减达到了 2 0 %。本文提出 ,在保护气氛或还原性气氛中焙烧可以防止氧化。PDP工作过程中亮度衰减主要是由于真空紫外光辐射和离子轰击 ,以蓝色荧光粉的亮度衰减最大 ,达到 3 0 %~ 40 %。文中提出 ,用荧光粉的包膜技术可以解决此问题 。Luminance degradation of PDP phosphore has been divided into degradation of technology process and degradation of operation process. Technology process is to due oxide of active Eu in the baking process. Luminance degradation of the blue phosphore reachs of 20%. It is point out that baking in the reducing atmosphere or protecting atmosphere can be protected from the oxide. Luminance degradation of PDP operation process is to due the ion bombard and the vacuum ultra violet radiation. Luminance degradation of the blue phosphore is bigest to reach of 30%~40%. It is point out that the encapsulat films technology of phosphore can resolvs this problem, to explore the new type phosphore is a fine road also.
