摘　　要：墟沟一期工程码头沉桩中遇到了贯入度较小、桩顶破碎、桩顶超高、桩身倾斜、桩顶偏位等难题，经过业主、设计单位和施工单位的努力，采取一些行之有效的措施，使难题得以解决。To counter the difficulties in piling of Xugou lst-phase project includingsmaller penetration, broken of pile head, excess height of pile head, inclination of pilebody, and deflection of pile head, etc., through joint efforts of the preprietor, design unitand construction unit, a series of effective measures are taken for solving the above-mentioned problems.
