摘　　要：文章从具体的工程实例，介绍工程施工中在保证质量前提下经过优化施工方案后，降低工程造价、保证工期均获得了较好的效果，企业经济效益得到提高。Based on a project example, the paper introduces the fact that during construction,under the prerequisite of guaranteeing quality and through optimizing construction scheme, the con-struction cost is cut down, construction period is shortened, and the economic benefit of the enter-prise is increased.
