摘　　要：在江阴船闸分隔墩工程的设计施工中，根据设计条件和现场施工情况，分隔墩大型沉箱采用钢筋混凝土薄壁结构，以减小浮运吃水；在现场施工中，借潮差完成沉箱的预制和出运，取得了良好的效果，节省了工程投资。During design and construction of the partition pier project of JiangyinShiplock, based on the design and site construction conditions, the partition pier largecaisson adopted reinforced concrete thin wail structure so as to reduce draft of floatingtransportation; During site construction, prefabrication and transportation of caisson wereimplemented depending on tidal range, which achieved good result and cut down projectinvestment.
