摘　　要：本文所研究的淬火机械手要求完成锥齿轮在热处理线上从恒温渗碳炉到淬火压床间的送料和上料动作，严格控制锥齿轮在空气中的裸露时间，准确地夹取工件。本文着重讨论了该机械手装置的总体结构设计和工作原理。This paper has developed a quenching manipulator,which completes the action of fluctuation between stove of constant temperature and pressure machine at heating processing line,strictly controls the bareness time of prick gear in air, well and truly ripping workpiece. The collective struchures design (SD)of this manipulator and Working process are the emphasis in this paper.
