程潮铁矿东主井安全运行监测、分析及安全措施的研究

摘　　要：对程潮铁矿东主井筒壁裂缝的分布以及罐道梁的锈蚀情况进行了调查分析 ,并采用激光定位的方式及无损回弹测试的方法 ,分别对罐道的磨损与弯曲程度以及井筒支护的强度进行了现场调查和测试分析。此外 ,对井筒支护及围岩受力进行了数值分析。采取了相应的安全处理措施 ,保证了东主井在一定时期内的安全生产。Investigation was made on the fissure distribution in the wall of the east main shaft in Chenchao Iron Mine and on the rusted shaft guides.By laser positioning and nondestructive rebounding methods,on site investigation and testing were conducted on the abrasion and bend of shaft guides and the strength of the shaft support.Meanwhile,the numerical analysis was made of the stress of the shaft support and the surrounding rockmass.Correspondent measures for security have been taken so as to ensure the safe production of the east main shaft in a certain period.
