摘  要:栉孔扇贝Chlamys farreri(Jones et Preston)是我国北方广泛养殖的珍贵贝类之一。随着生产的发展,对于栉孔扇贝的苗种需求量愈来愈大。自1974年以来,虽然许多单位对扇贝的人工育苗进行了试验,基本弄清了育苗的规律,但总的来说,仍然存在着单产量较低,生产不稳定等问题。影响扇贝育苗成败的因子很多。本文仅探讨不同饵料的育苗效果。Selected clones of micro-algae were tested for their nutritive values as food for the larva of the scallop, Chlamys farreri. The first and second experiments were conducted in tanks with 30 1 sea water. Dicrateris zhanjiangensis proved to be the best. Based on the differences in growth rate, survival rate and in their distribution pattern in the water column, nine species and clones of micro-algae tested were found in the order of their superiority as follows: D. zhanjiangensis, Tahitian Isochrysis aff. galbana (T-Iso), Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Skeletonema costatum, Chlorella vulgaris, three clones of Chaetoceros spp., Spirulina platensis. The third experiments were conducted in tanks with 2 tons of sea water. Only D. zhanjiangensis and T-Iso and the mixture of the above two clones were tested. The larvae fed with D. zhanjiangensis grew fast and achieved highest survival rate and setting rate after, metamorphosis. The mixture comes the second. Comparison of the amount of seeds collected by the coir ropes and polyethylene nets showed that the coir ropes favors larvae to set after metamorphosis, however, higher survival rate was obtained in the polyethyle net once the seeds set on it.
