摘  要:PDC钻头在钻井破岩中所占的比例越来越大 ,但在软硬交错的多夹层地层钻进时效果却不理想 ,常常发生先期损失。针对胜利油田多夹层地层特点进行了 PDC钻头的优化设计 ,开创了钻头切削结构设计新方法 ,改进了钻头的水力结构设计 ,采用了多种稳定性结构设计方法。根据该设计制造的一种新型复合式 PDC钻头在多夹层地层中取得了较好的应用效果。与牙轮钻头相比 ,使用新型复合 PDC钻头机械钻速高 ,进尺多 ,井身质量好 ,对加快油田勘探开发速度。PDC bits have been used more and more in drilling process,but they have not got success in multi interbedded formation.This paper presents the optimization design on the new PDC bit by means of the formation feature of the multi interbedded in Shenli Oilfield.It developed the new method about the cutting structure of PDC bits,improved the hydraulic structure design about PDC bits,and applied many method increassing the stability of PDC bits.According to the optimization design,a new type of PDC bit was produced and got better result when it was used in the multi interbedded formation.Compared with roller bits,the PDC bit can achieve high bit footage and rate of penetration,and get high quality hole.The bit is important to increase rate of oilfield exploration and development and to decrease drilling cost.
