摘　　要：采用进口窄馏分高分子聚醚及其酯化物为基础液,加入多种添加剂,经适当工艺研制成功DOT4合成制动液。理化性能分析、标准台架及实车道路试验结果表明,其质量指标符合IVECO CMD18-1820、ISO4925、FMVSS No.116 DOT4标准要求,与IVECO、NJ1030、NJ1062系列汽车适应性良好。DOT4 synthetic brake fluid is successfully formulated by a proper process using an imported narrow fraction polyether and its esterfied product as base fluid and by addition of several additives. The result of physics & chemistry performance analysis, standardized bench test and road test shows that the quality specification of the formulated product can meet the requirements in standards IVECO CMD 18-1820, ISO 4925, FMVSS No. 116 DOT4, and the product can be suitably used in vehicles of IVECO NJ1030 and NJ1062 series.
