摘  要:高矿化度的弱酸性采出水中的CO2 引起了文东油田高含水气举采油井生产管柱的严重腐蚀 ,研制了固体状缓释性酰胺咪唑啉缓蚀剂SIM 1 (有效成分 75% ) ,简要介绍了制备过程。室内评价表明 :①直径 4 0mm、长 4 0 0mm的园柱体 60℃时在油田采出水中的溶解时间 ,在静止水中大于 1 5天 ,在流动水中大于 5天。②在 60℃的常压CO2 饱和 3 %NaCl溶液中 ,50— 1 0 0mg/L的SIM 1可有效地保护A3、N80和J55钢材。③SIM 1与油基清蜡剂配伍。④电化学测试表明SIM 1为控制阳极过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂。在文东油 1 1口气举井试用 ,SIM 1缓蚀剂投入井底 ,使其在采出液中浓度维持在 1 0 0mg/L左右 ,投加周期为 2 1— 3 5天。第一周期末 ,井口采出水含铁平均由 1 93mg/L降到 76.9mg/L ,对N80钢的腐蚀速率平均由 0 .7892mm/a降到 0 .0 2 1 62mm/a ,井筒挂环腐蚀速率(一口井 )由 0 .894 4mm/a降到 0 .0 73 0 0mm/a。The severe corrosion of the pipe strings in high water cut gas ift producing wells at Wendong Oil Fields, Zhongyuan, is caused by CO 2 in weakly acidic high salinity produced water. For this a slowly relieving solidified corrosion inhibitor, SIM 1, on an amide imidazoline(75%) for downhole us is prepared and described briefly. The laboralory evaluation shows:① In produced water at 60℃ cylindrical preparate of diam 40 mm and high 400 mm dissolves in >75 days(stationary water) and in>5 days(cycling water). ② In CO 2 saturated 3% NaCl aqueous solution at 60℃, carbon steel A3, N80, and J55 can be well protected by SIM 1 of 50-60 mg/L. ③ SIM 1 is compatible with the oil base wax remover used. ④SIM 1, being mixed type inhibitor, controls anionic processes principally as evidenced by electrochemical measurements. In trial uses at Wendong SIM 1 is put into 11 wells and its concentration in the produced water is maintained at 100 mg/L for 21-35 day(as a cycle) and following results are observed: ①Fe content in the produced water is decreased from 193 to 76.9 mg/L( for 11 wells); ②The corrosion rate of N80 steel in the produced water is decreased from 0.7892 to 0.02162 mm/a; ③The corrosion rate of N80 in a test well is decreased from 0.89 to 0.073 mm/a.
