摘　　要：三层PE防腐层由环氧粉末、共聚物胶粘剂、聚乙烯组成,具有耐腐蚀和抗阴极剥离的特性。在生产过程中,为保证防腐层的质量,必须严格控制每一道生产工序,包括原材料检验和适用性试验,检验防腐村料之间的匹配性,以确定涂敷工艺参数。同时,要进行钢管检验和涂敷检验,每项检测内容必须符合技术指标要求。3LPE coating,consisted of epoxy powder,copolymeter adhesive and polyethylene,has a perfect performance in corrosion control and cathodic disbonding resistance. To ensure plant-applied quality of 3LPE coating,each operating sequence,including monitoring and inspection and E&ST on raw materials,must be controlled in accordance with relative standards or codes. The matchability between materials should be tested to determine coating parameters . Meanwhile , test on steel pipe and coating have to carry out and every measurement must be in accordance with the technical requirements.
