摘　　要：论述了建立医学图象信息中心的必要性和意义，并提出了相应的技术路线和实现方案：在传统客户机／服务器模式ＰＡＣＳ的基础上，利用其成熟的应用和海量的数据库信息，引入基于Ｗｅｂ的技术和ＣＯＭ技术，将其平滑延伸到广域网环境，建立院内和院际的医学图象信息中心，并扩展了基于广域网的用户管理，图象调阅、查询，视频服务、电子白板等远程会诊应用等一系列应用。In this paper, the value of foundation of Medical Images Center (MIC) is described and the technology route and implement scheme are presented. On the basis of PACS 's mature apply scheme and magnanimity database information which adopted traditional Client/Server mode, a MIC inner hospital and external hospital is built when hospital Web-based and COM technique is inducted and so it can extend to Iinternet environment. as well as a series of application for telemedicine such as Web-based users and images management and query, video service, electronic whiteboard are developed.
