益肾降浊汤对脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马CA_1区神经元形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察益肾降浊汤对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后海马 CA1区神经元形态学的影响。方法 :用 HE染色在光镜下进行观察。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,模型大鼠术后 1天神经细胞水肿 ,核深染现象明显 ;7天后神经元密度减轻 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,15天时以上病理损伤逐渐加重。治疗组在第 1、7、15天海马 CA1区神经元病理损伤均轻于模型组 ,神经元密度较模型组显著增加 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :益肾降浊汤可明显减轻脑缺血再灌注后的神经元损伤 ,对神经元有保护作用。Objective:To observe the effect of YiShen JiangZhuo decoction on the neurons of hippocampal CA 1 region morphology of cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat.Methods:The neurons of hippocampal CA 1 region were stained with HE 1 and observed using light microscopy.Results:On 1 st day postoperation,the phenomena of nerve cellular edema and hyperchromatosis were patent compared with the control group.On 7 th day postoperation,it was foud that the neuron density had decreased(p<0.05).Above mentioned pathological damage became more and more severe on 15 th day postoperation.The treated group on the 1 st ,7 th ,15 th the neurons of hippocampal CA 1 region pathological damage is lighter than the model group.the neuron density patently increase(p<0.05).Conclusion:YiShen JiangZhuo decoction could dramatically reduce the neural damage induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion and could protect the neurons.
