摘　　要：讨论了基于PIC单片机的等离子体热处理工艺自动控制系统上位机监控软件结构 ,并利用VisualBasic制作了上位机监控软件 。Upper monitor software for plasma heat treatme nt automatic control system based on PIC singe chip is discussed and the software is programmed by using VB. The heat treatment technique real time controlling and data processing are achieved.
