摘  要:目的 :光镜观察单宁酸与 Al3+、K+、U6 +、Pb2 +联用显示大脑微血管的效果。方法 :用单宁酸媒染固定液灌流大鼠 ,取脑切片 ,入硫酸铝钾、氯化钾、醋酸双氧铀和硝酸铅溶液中呈色。结果 :单宁酸与Al3+、K+结合显示血管清晰 ,与 U6 +、Pb2 +联用媒染血管效果欠佳。结论 :部分含 Al3+、K+的金属盐可替代氯化铁媒染微血管 ,醋酸双氧铀和硝酸铅不宜使用。Objective:The effect of staining the microvascular system with Al 3+ ?K +?U 6+ ?Pb 2+ and TA was investigated by microscope.Methods:The experimental rats were perfused through the ascending aorta with the compound fixative solution which contained Al 3+ ?K +?U 6+ ?Pb 2+ and TA for coloring,then thin section were prepared from the rat's brain and observe under the microscope.Results:The microvascular system was stained manifestly by Al 3+ ?K + and TA result of staining by U 6+ ?Pb 2+and TA was unsatisfacted,Conclusion:The ferrous chlorid can be replaced by the uranyl acetate and lead nitrate are not suitable for staining microvascular system.
