摘　　要：目的 提取Ｏ１３９型霍乱弧菌荚膜多糖，并检测其理化特性及免疫原性。方法 采用Ｃａｔａｖｌｏｎ、冷 酚、不同浓度乙醇沉淀、离心等步骤精制Ｏ１３９霍乱弧菌荚膜多糖，用生物学、免疫学等方法分析检定。结果 提取 的霍乱Ｏ１３９型荚膜多糖具有良好的多糖特性、结构特征和免疫原性。结论 为组分疫苗的研制打下基础。Objective To extract cholera O139 capsular polysaccharide and detect the physicochemi-cal characteristic and immunogenicity of it. Methods Purified cholera O139 capsular polysaccharide was pre-pared by a process consisting of extraction with Cetavlon and cold phenol, precipitation by ethanol, centrifuga-tion,and so on, then analyzed by biological and immunological methods. Results The prepared cholera O139 capsular polysaccharide showed good biological and structural characteristics as well as immunogenicity. Con-clusion The study laid a foundation of further development of cholera O139 vaccine.
