氟氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐防制中华按蚊及防疟效果的现场评价

摘　　要：目的　评价氟氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐防治中华按蚊及防疟的效果。　方法　选择广东花都市梯面镇 15个自然村为实验区。浸帐前一年进行了流行病学基本数据调查。 1995年 4月和 1996年 4月分别用氟氯氰菊酯 5 0 mg ai/m2 浸泡蚊帐 ;浸帐率分别为 98.6 %和 95 .1% ,药帐人口覆盖率分别为 93.4%和 88.7%。　结果　实验区浸帐前 (1994年 )的月平均发病率为 9.17‰ ,浸帐后分别降为 2 .2 3‰ (1995年 )和 1.2 9‰ (1996年 ) ,比浸帐前分别下降 75 .7%和 85 .9% ;浸帐前(1994年 )中华按蚊密度为 8.38只 ,1995年、1996年第 1、2次浸帐后下降为 1.2 1和 0 .18只 ,浸帐后密度分别下降85 .6 %和 97.9%。浸帐人群疟疾发病率明显低于无浸帐或无蚊帐的人群 (P均 <0 .0 1)。　结论　氟氯氰菊酯 5 0 mg ai/m2浸泡蚊帐对控制中华按蚊自然种群密度及疟疾传播均有显著的效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of bednets impregnated with cyfluthrin for the control of malaria transmitted by Anopheles sinensis in Guangdong, China. Methods A field trial of cyfluthrin-impregnated bednets for the control of malaria transmitted by An. sinensis was carried out in Timian district, Guangdong Province. The pretrial baseline data of annual epidemiology investigation on Anopheles density by human bait and on malaria incidence etc. were conducted in both study and control areas. The bednets were impregnated with 50 mg ai/m2 cyfluthrin once in April of 1995 and 1996. The bednets impregnation rate were 98.6% and 95.1%, which covered 93.4% and 88.7% of the whole population respectively. Results Before treatment in 1994, the mean monthly malaria incidence was 9.17‰ in study area. Then they dropped to 2.23‰(1995) and 1.29‰ (1996) after treatment, decreased by 75.7% and 85.9% respectively. The density measured by human baits was 8.38 before treatment and dropped to 1.21 and 0.18 after treatment in 1995 and 1996, 85.6% and 97.9% decline respectively. It showed that the incidence of the group with impregnated bednets was apparently low than those with unimpregnated nets or no net(P<0.01). Conclusion The three-year field trials indicated that the general use of bednets impregnated with 50 mg ai/m2 cyfluthrin can effectively control An. sinensis and malaria in Guangdong Province, China.
