摘 要:目的 通过扫描电镜观察证明夹竹桃叶水浸液是否对钉螺的软体体表具有损伤作用 ,为研究夹竹桃叶水浸液对钉螺的毒性作用累积资料。 方法 用扫描电镜观察夹竹桃叶水浸液对钉螺头足部、外套膜和肝部内脏囊表面的作用情况。 结果 经夹竹桃叶水浸液 (1.0 g/ L)处理后 ,钉螺的头足部分和外套膜表面均出现大面积肿胀和局部破裂、脱落 ,表面小孔的数目、大小、深度和分布等均有变化。钉螺肝部内脏囊表面的细微结构产生变化 ,表面变得粗糙、肿胀 ,间隙增加 ,出现不规则分布的孔洞。 结论 夹竹桃叶水浸液对钉螺具有明显的损伤作用。Objective The main purpose here is to observate whether fluid extracted from Nerium indicum leaves has injury on the soft tissues of Oncomelania hupensis by scanning electron microscope(SEM), and to accumulate documents for the study of toxicity of fluid extracted from N. indicum leaves to O. hupensis. Methods The influence of N. indicum on the head, foot, mantle and visceral sac of liver of O. hupensis was observed by SEM. Results After treated with fluid extracted from N. indicum leaves(1.0 g/L), most of the surface of the head, foot and mantle swelled, parts of the surface separated and flaked off. The numbers, size, depth and distributing of the holes on the surface changed obviously. Those regular fine structures on the surface of visceral sac of liver also changed. The surface swelled and became rough and the clearance increased. There were many irregular holes on the surface of the visceral sac also. Conclusion The poison function of fluid extracted from N. indicum leaves to O. hupensis was significant.
