摘 要:目的 探讨用酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)检测特异性 Ig G4诊断肺吸虫病的效果。 方法 采用 EL ISA法检测了肺吸虫病病人血清中的特异性 Ig G和 Ig G4抗体及肝吸虫、囊虫、旋毛虫、日本血吸虫病病人和正常人血清中的交叉抗体。 结果 检测肺吸虫病病人血清中 Ig G4的敏感性为 95 .35 % ,检测正常人血清的特异性为 10 0 % ,与常规使用的酶联葡萄球菌 A蛋白 (HRP- SPA)检测结果及检测 Ig G结果比较差异无显著性 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ;与其他寄生虫病病人血清中的交叉反应率 ,Ig G4显著低于用常规 HRP- SPA检测结果。 结论 EL ISA法检测肺吸虫病病人血清中特异性 Ig G4具有较高的诊断应用价值。Objective To prove the effectiveness of diagnosing paragonimiasis with ELISA to detect the IgG4 in sera from the patients. Methods The specific IgG and IgG4 antibodies in sera from the patients with paragonimiasis and other parasitic diseases and from normal persons were detected by ELISA. Results The sensitivity and specificity of IgG4 were no significant differences between the results of detecting IgG4 and those of detecting IgG using HRP-SPA. The cross reaction rate of IgG4 detection was significantly lower than those of detecting IgG in sera from patients infected with other parasites. The diagnostic effectiveness and the predictive value of the positive and negative were all over 95%. Conclusion The specific IgG4 detected by ELISA has the same sensitivity and specificity as IgG detection by using HRP-SPA in serodiagnosing paragonimiasis and lower cross reaction rate with sera from patients infected with other parasites. It is concluded that detection IgG4 by ELISA showed higher diagnostic value than total IgG detection in serodiagnosing paragonimiasis.
