摘 要:〔目的〕本文报道空气中右旋丙烯菊酯的高效液相色谱法。空气样品用玻璃纤维滤纸采集 ,经甲醇洗脱后 ,用HypersilBDS-C18柱分离 ,紫外检测器检测。在本法的测定条件下 ,最低检出浓度为 0 .0 0 5mg/m3 ,当右旋丙烯菊酯浓度为 5 .0 - 40 .0mg/L时 ,呈线性响应关系 ,相对标准偏差为 2 .3% - 2 .9%。本法的洗脱效率为 95 .0 % - 99.4% ,采样效率为98.9% - 10 0 %。右旋丙烯菊酯在玻璃纤维滤纸中可稳定 7d。A method is reported of the determination of d-allethr in in the air by HPLC. Air samples were collected by fibrous glass filter paper el uted with methand, then separated on a Hypersil BDS-Ca-a(c)18 column with UV det ector. Under the analytical conditions mentioned, detection limit of d-allethrin was 0.005mg/m^3, Linear response could be obtained within the concentration of 5.0-40.0mg/L. The relative standard deviation was 2.3%-2.9%. the desorptive e fficiencies were 95.0-99.4% and sampling efficiency was found to be 98.9-100%. A d-allethrin sample could be keep stakle in a fibrous glass filter paper for 7 d.
