摘　　要：目的 :观察中药碘对大鼠的损害作用。方法 :采用定期活杀法观察不同剂量的中药碘对大鼠睾丸重量及其组织结构的影响。结果 :高剂量中药碘能明显降低大鼠睾丸重量及减少其生精细胞。结论Objective: To investigate the influence of herbal iodine on the weight and tissue structure of rat testis. Methods: To observe the testicular weight and tissue structure of the rat given different dosage herbal iodine by means of killing some rats at certain intervals. Results: Higher dosage herbal iodine could significantly decrease the testicular weight of the rat and lower spermatogenic cells. Conclusion: Higher herbal iodine could result in testicular damage.
