厚朴三物汤拆方及其药量变化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :厚朴三物汤拆方分析基础上 ,对厚朴三物汤、厚朴大黄汤、小承气汤进行比较研究。方法 :取混有碳末的药物煎液给小鼠灌胃 ,计算碳末推进率 ;将家兔小肠标本浸入台氏液中 ,滴加药物煎液 ,描记平滑肌收缩曲线。结果 :厚朴三物汤显示出明显的推进作用 (推进率 83 .45 % ) ;滴加各药物后 ,平滑肌收缩强度及频率都明显降低 ,以厚朴三物汤最为突出。结论 :配伍后的厚朴三物汤提高了大黄、枳实、厚朴各药的推进作用 ;Objective:On the basis of factorial analysis of Houpu Sanwu Decoction, compare three prescriptions of Houpu Sanwu decoction, Houpu Dahuang decoction and Xiaochengqi decoction. Methods:After pouring Chinese traditional medical decoctions which contain charcoal powder into mice's stomach, calculate charcoal powder proceeding velocity; after immersing rabbit's small intestine into solution of Tyrode, drop add Chinese traditional medicine decoction and trace smooth muscle's contractive curves. Results:Houpu Sanwu decoction displays apparent proceeding effect;after drop adding Chinese traditional medical decoction, the smooth muscle's contractility weaken and contractive frequence slows down, especially by Houpu Sanwu decoction. Conclusions:Combined Houpu Sanwu decoction enhances the proceeding effect of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Fructus Aurantii Immatarus and Cortex Magnoliae offilinalis ; among the three prescriptions Houpu Sanwu decoction is the most effective one on small intestine smooth muscle.
