慢肝养阴胶囊对大鼠四氯化碳肝损害的保护作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨慢肝养阴胶囊对肝脏的保护作用 ,以及对免疫功能的调节作用。方法 :造成大鼠四氯化碳 (CCl4)肝损伤模型 ,给予慢肝养阴胶囊治疗后 ,测定血清谷丙转氨酶 (GPT)、T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3,CD4,CD8) ,及取肝组织作病理组织学检查。结果 :慢肝养阴胶囊能降低血清谷丙转氨酶 (P<0 .0 1) ,减轻肝组织病理组织学炎症和坏死 ,改善细胞免疫功能 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :慢肝养阴胶囊治疗慢性肝炎的机制之一是通过降低转氨酶。Objective:To explore the protective effect of Manganyangyin capsule on liver, and the regulative effect to immunity function. Methods:Make model rat CCl 4 induced liver injury. After the medication with Manganyangyin capsule, we measured serum Glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT), T lymphocyte subpopulation (CD 3,CD 4,CD 8) and liver's pathological histology determination. Results:Manganyangyin capsule can reduce serum GPT ( P <0.01) alleviate pathological histology inflammation and necrosis of liver, improve cell mediated immunity function ( P <0.01). Conclusion:One of the Manganyangyin capsule's therapeutic mechanism to chronic hepatitis is by reducing serum GPT and regulating immunity function.
