清解栓的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的 :优选出清解栓的制备工艺。方法 :采用正交设计等方法对药物的提取工艺和成型工艺进行了研究。结果 :提取时柴胡等双提 ;黄芩等 60 %乙醇回流 ,第 1次 8倍量 1h,第 2次 6倍量 1h。栓剂配方为浸膏和挥发油∶半合成脂肪酸甘油酯∶液体石蜡∶羊毛脂∶吐温 -80 =10∶ 10∶ 0 .4∶ 2∶ 0 .5。结论 :工艺合理 。Objective:To select the optimum preparation procedure for Qingjie Suppositories.Methods:The orthogonal design was used.Results:The optimum extracting condition and prescription of Qingjie Suppositories are obtained.Conclusion:This preparation procedure is suitable and assures the curative effect of prescription.
