摘  要:本文比较了不同 Na Cl浓度处理下 ,盐地碱蓬细胞水平及整株水平的生长及溶质积累的异同。结果表明 :细胞水平的最适生长浓度是 50 mmol/ L Na Cl,而整株水平是 2 0 0 mmol/ LNa Cl;二者在最适生长浓度时 ,含水量也最大 ;二者的 Na+、Cl- 含量都随 Na Cl浓度的增大而增大 ,但在数值及增大幅度上不同 ;细胞水平的 K+含量随 Na Cl浓度的增大而增大 ,Ca2 +含量在 50 mmol/ L Na Cl下达到最大值 ,而整株的 K+、Ca2 +随 Na Cl浓度的增大而降低 ;随着Na Cl浓度的增大 ,细胞水平的可溶性组分逐渐增大 ,而整株水平的可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量逐渐增大 ,有机酸含量变化不大 。Growth and solutes accumulation are compared between cellular level and whole level of Suaeda Salsa L. which are treated with different concentrations of NaCl.The results are shown as follows:the best growth concentration of cellular level is 50mmol/L NaCl,while that of whole level is 200mmol/L NaCl.Both water contents are biggest when they are treated with their own best concentration of NaCl.Na +,Cl - contents of them increase with NaCl concentration increasing,but their quantity and increasing extent are different.The K + content of cellular level of Suaeda Salsa L. raised with NaCl concentration increasing,while Ca 2+ content of whole level decreased with NaCl concentration increasing.With NaCl concentration increasing,soluble sugar,organic acid,proline and amino acid content of cellular level all increase,the same as soluble sugar and proline of whole level,while organic acid of whole level doesnt change much,but its amino acid content decreases.
