摘　　要：简述电能质量的国家标准和干扰性负荷对电能质量的影响，就加强用电管理和改善电能质量提出几点建议。： It is described that the national standards of the electric energy quality and the effects of interferential loads on the electric energy quality． The suggestions about management of power utilization and improvement of electric energy quality are put forward．
