摘　　要：中储式球磨机制粉系统是一个多变量、强耦合的对象 ,数学模型难以建立。以模糊控制、专家系统、自寻优理论和分级解耦理论为基础 ,针对各被控过程不同的具体要求 ,分别提出基于不同控制理论的控制策略。对温度和负压采用专家模糊控制 ,既能保证系统的安全性 ,又能提高经济性。Tube mill pulverizer system is a multi variable and strong coupling process, which is difficult for mathematical model establishing. A new control strategy and method based on fuzzy control, expert system, self optimization and individual decoupling theory for tube mill control has been used. Expert fuzzy control is used on temperature and negative pressure control and a safe and economic result can be obtained.
