摘　　要：回顾了电力半导体模块发展里程,介绍了我国研制成功并已生产的智能晶闸管模块的特点及其应用领域,阐述了 IGBT 模块的结构以及由智能模块(IPM)到用户专用功率模块(ASPM)和集成电力电子模块(IPEM)的发展过程,指出了电力半导体模块今后发展方向。The developing history of power semiconductor module is reviewed.The paper describes the feature and the application domain of intelligent thyristor module which is developed by our country and now is manufactured in China.The con- struction of IGBT module and the developing process from the IPM to ASPM and IPEM is explained.The article also indicates the developing derection of power semiconductor module in the future.
