摘  要:本文在 Cu Cl催化剂的作用下 ,利用 3-羟基苯胺 (3- HA)和 3-氨基卤化物 (3- AH)进行缩合醚化反应 ,一步法制得了高纯度的 3,3’-二氨基二苯醚 (3,3’- DADPE)。运用1 H- NMR,1 3C— NMR,FTIR和熔点测试技术对其进行了表征。另外 ,在 N,N-二甲基乙酰胺 (DMAC)溶剂中还与均苯四甲酸二酐 (PMDA)进行了缩合反应 ,制得了新型聚酰胺酸 3,3’- DADPE/PMDA— PAA,并在热的作用下 ,脱水环化成聚酰亚胺 3,3’- DADPE/PMDA—Under the catalysis of cuprous(I) chloride,3,3’- diaminodiphenyl ether(3,3’- DADPE) with high purity was synthesized by one step method in condensation etherification reaction between 3- hydroxiyaniline (3- HA) and 3- aminohalide (3- AH) .The monomer of 3,3’- DADPE was characterized by 1H - NMR,13C- NMR,FTIR and melting point test technology,etc.respectively.Moreover,in the solventof N, N - dimethylacetamide (DMAC) ,the novel polyamic acid (3,3’ - DADPE/PMDA- - - PAA ) was polycondensed between 3,3’- DADPE and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) at ice- water bath condition. The PAA was further cyclodehydrated into polyimide(3,3’- DADPE/PMDA- PI) in step by step heating. Simultaneously,the application of 3,3’- DADPE monomer was also elucidated briefly in this paper.
