摘 要:大型中间再热式机组中压缸启动方式不仅能满足旁路系统大流量提温和快速启动的要求 ,而且可使高、中压缸受热均匀 ,温升合理 ,汽缸易于胀出 ,从整体上提高了启动的安全性和经济性。对于数字电液系统 (DEH)或电液调节系统 ,这种控制方式不难实现 ,但对于液压调节机组 ,必须经过改造后才能实现。介绍的俄制K - 30 0 - 170 - 3型机组液压调节系统的中压缸启动特性 ,对采用液压调节系统实现中压缸启动有一定借鉴意义。The mode of start-up via I.P. cylinder not only can meet the requirments to rise temperature of large steam flow in the bypass system and shorten the start-up time, but also enable the H.P. and I.P. cylinders to be heated uniformly, having reasonable temperature rise and making cylinders easy to expanse out, hence the safty and economy of start-up can be integrally enhanced. For digital electro-hydraulic system or simple electro-hydraulic system, this mode of start-up can be realized without any difficulty, but for hydraulic regulating unit, it is difficulty to realize this mode of start-up without undergoing retrofit. The features of hydraulic regulating system for realizing start-up of Russia made K-300-170-3 type unit via I.P. Cylinder described here can be used for reference to realize start-up of units via I.P. cylinder by adopting hydraulic regulating system.
