摘　　要：本文试图从社会背景与学术理性的演进入手 ,来描述、评析中国图书馆学基础理论的重建过程。找出阻碍基础理论重建的原因 ,明确其重建的任务。This article tries to describe and criticize the reconstructed process of the basic theory of Chinese library science through the developments of both social underground's and academic reasons.Furthermore,the elements that hinder there construction of the basic theory are found,and its missions are also made sure in this article.
