摘　　要：水资源对于人类来说是不可缺少的。中国水资源的现状不容乐观。从全球意义上来说,我国是一个水资源贫乏的国家,加上许多水资源被污染以及没有合理地利用水资源,使得我国水资源缺乏的状况更为严重。如何来解决这一问题?There are limited water resources in the world. China is a country relatively poor in water resources because of its low per capital amounts. The contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in No(?)th China is increasing daily. while the southern part is also facing the danger. Serious water pollution makes this situation worse. The only way of solving the problem of water shortage is to establish a society which conserves water in agriculture, industry and daily life. It is right necessary to reform water price system.
