CORRELATION OF PRODUCTS PROFILE WITH FEEDSTOCK PROPERTIES OF COKING REACTION FOR VACUUM RESIDUA

摘  要:基于若干常压渣油、减压渣油和二次加工渣油基本物性的分析以及前期进行的有关减压渣油焦化反应的研究 ,提出了一个可作为渣油 (包括常压、减压和二次加工渣油 )分类参考的特征参数KZ。随着特征参数KZ 的减小 ,渣油的性质趋于劣化。对于同一产地的原油 ,其渣油特征参数值由大到小排序为 :常压渣油 ,减压渣油 ,二次加工渣油。对于产地不同的各类油样 ,除部分略有重叠外 ,基本上仍然符合以上排序。对文献数据及笔者实验结果的计算和分析表明 ,特征参数KZ 能够较全面地反映减压渣油热加工性能的优劣 ,并与焦化气相、液相和固相产品收率之间存在良好的相关性 ,可利用特征参数KZThe properties of some atmospheric pressure residua, vacuum residua and second processing residua are analyzed. Combining with the experimental results of the coking reaction performed by authors previously, a characteristic parameter K Z, which can be used as a classifying reference on residue oils, is put forward. The smaller K Z value of residuum is, the worse its quality will be. For the samples from the same crude oil, the K Z values are reduced as the following order: atmospheric pressure residue, vacuum residue, second\|processing residue. For the samples from different crude oils, they still keep the order except for a few data. According to the calculation and analyses of data from the test and the literatures, \%K\-\%Z is capable to reflect the oil integral quality preferably, and is closely related to the yield of gas, liquid and solid products for residua coking reaction. So the preliminary products profile of residua coking reaction can be evaluated using the characteristic parameter K\- Z.
