白术对小鼠骨髓细胞增殖和IL-1的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察白术对小鼠造血功能和 IL- 1产生的影响。方法 :用 1 0 0 %白术浸出液给小白鼠连续灌胃1 0 d,1次 /d,检测小鼠骨髓细胞增殖反应和 IL- 1的产生。结果 :白术组对以上两项免疫学指标均有明显增强作用 ,与对照组相比有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :白术可促进小鼠骨髓细胞增殖反应和 IL- 1的分泌。Objective:To research the effect of AMK on hemopoietic function and production of IL 1 in mice.Methods:After filling stomaches of mice with 100%AMK water extract for 10 days,one time every day,the proliferation of bone marrow cells and IL 1 were tested.Results:Proliferation of bone marrow cells and production of IL 1 were enhanced obviously in test group ( P <0.001) compared with those in control group.Conclusion:AMK could promote the proliferation of bone marrow cells and the production of IL 1 in mice.
